Janitorial Services Agreement

October 25, 2026

Subject: Janitorial service for Fairhaven Auto Center

Dear Dana,

Thank you for the walkthrough on Friday and for being clear about the budget. Rather than a porter on site all day, our crew already works in your area Tuesday through Friday and can stop at the dealership before you open or after you close for a full cleaning.

Because the crew already passes through Fairhaven, we can price this at $165 per visit. Two visits a week, Tuesday and Friday, comes to about $1,430 a month. Four visits, Monday through Thursday, comes to about $2,860 a month. Harbor Light handles staffing, supervision, supplies and equipment, and carries general liability insurance and a business service bond.
